Service Manager

Local company is seeking a dedicated and proven leader to oversee day to day operations

at our Lancaster, PA Service Department, including employee hiring, training and

subsequent leadership; resolving any customer concerns; serving as liaison with volume

customers; evaluating departmental performance and implementing action plans to meet

company goals; ensuring profitability; ensuring safety policies are updated/enforced;

forecasting financial goals and creating business plans.


This employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and

co-workers; maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; demonstratea positive

attitude; communicate effectively with co-workers and clients;  work with accuracy,

efficiency, and attention to detail; respect the work environment and keep it as neat and

clean as possible; and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-

workers when possible.


Requires HS Diploma/GED; 5+ years related exp.; Excel & Word proficiency and valid

driver's license; experience in a diesel environment preferred.
