Production Supervisor, 1st shift

salary for a high performance Production Supervisor.  We seek a supervisor who can lead

by example, comply with all company policies and local/ state/federal regulations; assign

work, coach and direct hourly employees and measure their performance; ensure that all

quality goals are met; and effectively respond to quantity/ operations/inventory demands.

Requires a BS/BA degree from an accredited university/college and 5+ years of related

supervisory experience in a non-union production/assembly setting with emphasis on

production planning, problem resolution and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal

and employee relations skills required. Knowledge and experience in an FDA, ISO 9001

or GMP regulated environment preferred.  Pharmaceutical or medical device supervisory

experience is strongly preferred.
