Capital BlueCross seeks an experienced Pharmacist to develop and manage pharmacy
clinical programs and initiatives to assure cost-efficient and quality-driven pharmaceutical services.
Requires a Pharmacy Degree (Pharm.D./advanced Pharmacy Degree preferred)
accompanied by a PA license; strong clinical/analytical/decision-making skills;
managed care experience; extensive background on formulary/P&T administration,
drug reviews and utilization program management. Knowledge of outpatient drug
benefit; pharmacy claims processing; medication therapy and disease management;
and NCQA accreditation is preferred. Must be outcome-oriented through solid
application of medical and pharmacy data integration.
