Manager, Small Group Accounts
Capital BlueCross seeks a Small Group Accounts Manager to control small group sales
and to initiate/implement growth and recruitment plans including direct sale of health and
life insurance products marketed by Capital Blue Cross to businesses with less than
50 employees.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; 5+ years of sales
leadership experience; and 10+ years of experience in the health care industry.
Must be licensed in PA to sell Health and Life Insurance within 90 days from date
of hire. Ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare
industry/local market/competition/products and capabilities as well as the applicability
of state/federal regulations to the sale of life and health insurance and an understanding
of the financial funding/rating arrangements and underwriting guidelines.
