Commercial Maintenance Technician -

Serving shopping centers in the Baltimore area, this position requires risk management;

general grounds upkeep; great customer service skills; general maintenance skills; and

your own truck/van (paid mileage). No CFC required. Some supervisory exp. is

helpful. Minimal emergency/after hours calls.

Residential Maintenance Technicians -

Serving garden apartment communities in the Baltimore area, these positions require

CFC cert. plus previous apartment maintenance, electrical, carpentry and

plumbing experience.
