Business Systems Analysts & Support Specialists

Current opportunities include:

Business Systems Analyst 1 -

Provide application functional support to end users on administrative information systems. Must have strong

troubleshooting skills and background in large-scale, multi-team projects. BS degree in a related field OR 2+

years experience in  higher education in the areas of academic or student services and experience using a

Student Information system.

Business Systems Analyst 2 -

Requires experience in instructional design, Blackboard Learning System and/or Vista Institutional

Administrator.  Strong grasp of business processes is key.  Must have a BS degree and 7+ years of

related experience to include 5+ in supporting enterprise-wide business, research or academic

applications.

System Support Specialist 3 -

Part of our Integration & Deployment Services team, you will provide Oracle/technical support to users

and staff; install/test RDBMS on a TCP/IP network; troubleshoot systems; and recommend

enhancements. Must have BS degree and 6+ years of experience or equivalent combination of

education and experience.  The ability to support/administer a learning management system is important.
