Administrative Assistant II
 
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is seeking  
an Admin. Assistant II for the Internal Audit Department.
 
Candidate will provide primary administrative support for the Chief  
Audit Officer, Associate Vice Chancellor, Director of Internal Audit  
and IT Manager; will manage calendars and schedule appointments for  
supervisors; create/maintain database and files; compose  
correspondence; prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations  
for meetings; manage travel requests, arrangements, and  
reimbursements; and coordinate special events.
 
Requires an Associate’s degree from an accredited college/
university or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of progressively  
responsible administrative support experience; Word/Excel/PowerPoint  
proficiency; excellent interpersonal/time management/
organizational/prioritization/communication skills; and ability to  
multi-task, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. Some  
travel
is required.
