Systems Analyst 3 - Innovations support
As a leader with our Innovations Support Team, you will write
technical specifications for new and revised computer programs;
design logical flow/coding based on technical and functional
specifications; evaluate effectiveness; develop new systems; assist
in performance optimization; and plan/prepare technical reports,
instructions and manuals. Will also lead the Programmers.
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of exp. or
equivalent including advanced knowledge of design/coding/
documentation/debugging of COBOL, C (++), Java, PL/SQL, Crystal
Reports, SAS, Oracle, PeopleTools, Unix, HTML.
Business Systems Analyst 3 - applications support
As the customer’s point of contact for support of enterprise
systems, you will solve functional and technical problems for end
users; assist in preparing the specifications for business processes
and development of training materials; develop test plans;
participate in cross-departmental meetings; and perform other test/
implementation tasks which enhance our Student Information Systems.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of related work
experience in a enterprise-wide business, research and/or academic
setting. Exp. with Banner SIS pref.
IT project manager - customer support
Senior-level professional will plan, direct, and manage multiple IT
projects. Responsible for all major areas of project management, risk
control, scope change, and reporting. Latitude and authority to
assign work priorities within areas of IT, based on analysis of
client needs. Must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
and 4+ years’ IT project management and leadership experience. PMP
certification required; MS Project experience preferred.
Systems Support Specialist 2 - integration & deployment
Provides Oracle and academic administration systems technical support
to user support teams and campus technical staff; administers
multiple Oracle RDBMS server environments in multiple Unix operating
systems environments; and assists with install/configuration in HP-
UX, Solaris or RedHat Linux Unix settings. Must have a Bachelor’s
degree, 5+ years of related experience working with Oracle RDBMS in a
Unix environment, strong end user support skills, and experience
working in a web-enabled, multi-tier setting. Knowledge of Sungard
Banner software and background in a college or university environment
pref.
