Lead Software Engineer

BOSCH SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC. seeks a Software Engineer to lead a team  

in the development of software development kits and applications  

targeted at the Closed-Circuit Television security industry.

Based upon defined software requirements and architecture, you will  

manage software engineers’ design/implementation/testing tasks;  

facilitate reviews of design artifacts/source code; improve time to  

market; develop well-documented software applications according to  

department standards; plan/design/execute comprehensive and  

repeatable software unit/ integration tests; and ensure product  

quality and reliability.

BS (MS preferred) in Computer Science or Software Engineering is  

required and must accompany 10+ years of professional exp. designing/ 

implementing Object Oriented C++ software; 8+ years of Microsoft  

Visual C++ experience; 8+ years of Object Oriented Design experience;  

6+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers; 6+ years  

of ATL/COM experience; 6+ years of multithreading experience; and 3+  

years of automated software testing experience. API development  

experience; Microsoft DirectShow experience; knowledge of video  

streaming protocols; and .NET and/or C# experience is preferred.
