Small Group Sales Manager

Capital BlueCross seeks a Professional to manage direct sales of  

health and ancillary products marketed to businesses in 10-99 market  

segment as well as contribute to our growth through strategic  

management of Lehigh Valley accounts.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years’ sales leadership  

experience; 10+ years’ health insurance industry experience; PA  

license to sell Health/Life Insurance; ability to motivate sales  

force; expertise in proposal preparation, negotiating contracts and  

making presentations; and a valid PA driver’s license.  Knowledge of  

healthcare industry/local market/ competitors products and  

capabilities as well as key differentiators; state/federal  

regulations regarding sale of life/health insurance; and financial  

funding/rating arrangements and underwriting guidelines is necessary.
