Professional Provider Payment Unit Manager

Capital BlueCross seeks a Professional Provider Payment Unit Manager.  

Must be an experienced manager with strong communication and  

leadership skills.  Knowledge of various types of healthcare  

providers, their operations and interactions with the healthcare  

delivery system as well as professional provider payment processes is  

essential.

The successful candidate will have experience with the implementation  

of claims systems and enhancements including testing and management  

of business requirements; analytical expertise using Crystal Reports,  

Microsoft Access and/or SAS with complex data models (preferably with  

health data); experience with fee schedules and coding; 2+ years of  

management experience; a Bachelor's in business/health related field;  

and a valid PA driver's license.
