Seabrook Brothers and Sons, Inc., a Cumberland County food processor,  

has excellent opportunities for the following positions: 

Production Supervisor -

Will oversee 6 production lines and up to 50 people. Must be able to  

manage a diverse workforce; maintain production schedules; keep  

accurate records; control product quality; and monitor productivity.  

Significant overtime and weekend work is REQUIRED. Prior experience  

supervising in a processing/manufacturing operation is also  

essential. Must be able to work a two week rotation schedule.

Sanitation Leader -

Will oversee a crew of 10-20 people and be responsible to establish  

and maintain SOP’s, monitor proper chemical usage and train others  

in accepted procedures. Candidate should have prior supervisory  

experience in a food processing plant and be familiar with SOP’s,  

GMP’s and HACCP programs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule  

including some evenings, weekends and frequent overtime.

Production Data Clerk, 2nd shift -

Responsible for coordinating with warehousing, production and  

management staff to maintain production/inventory records. Position  

involves considerable data entry working in a production environment  

– this in NOT an office job. Successful candidate must be computer  

literate, have basic math and accurate typing skills, and be able to  

work 2nd shift, 8-10 hours/day, 5-6 days a week.
