Sales Executive

Capital BlueCross seeks a Sales Executive to direct sales of health  

and life insurance products to businesses in the 10-99 market segment  

and contribute to our growth and profitability through the  

acquisition of new business.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years of health care industry  

experience; a PA license to sell Health/Life Insurance; expertise in  

proposal preparation/presentation and contract negotiation; plus a  

valid PA driver’s license. Knowledge of healthcare industry, local  

market, competitor’s products/ capabilities/key differentiators;  

insurance products and applicability of state/federal regulations;  

health insurance industry and financial funding/rating arrangements  

and underwriting guidelines; provider reimbursement strategies across  

the industry; and claims processing, account administration, legal  

and regulatory issues is necessary.
