Schedule unit turns, prioritize work orders and manage a team of  

professionals. Must have CFC cert., excellent customer service,  

organizational and all-around maintenance skills.

Technicians -

Requires CFC certification plus previous apartment maintenance,  

electrical, carpentry and plumbing experience.
