Compensation/Benefits Administrator
 
Mercy Medical Center, an expanding, award-winning
hospital in the heart of beautiful downtown Baltimore, seeks a  
professional with 3-5 years of experience in the research,  
development, implementation and evaluation of benefit programs, as  
well as background in hiring salaries and employee payroll audits.   
Collaboration with our HR staff is key to the hiring and retention  
process.  Ideal candidates must have progressive compensation/ 
benefits experience, preferably in healthcare; knowledge of health/ 
retirement benefits; and experience in salary evaluation.   
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office required. Bachelor’s degree  
preferred.
