Facilities Maintenance Manager

Capital BlueCross seeks an individual to manage technical/ 

administrative support in the maintenance and design changes of  

buildings/equipment/property as well as provide support for  

emergencies/operation/repair/maintenance of building services and  

HVAC systems.

Exceptional communication skills must accompany knowledge of building  

environmental components and their impact on comfort/air quality/ 

energy management and possession of all mandated licenses as required  

by local/ federal requirements. Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA/MSDS/NEC codes  

and use of computer-based systems to monitor building operations. Prefer  

10-12 years of commercial/industrial building maintenance experience  

with 3+ years of experience in Critical Application Maintenance  

related to computer rooms; 6 years in maintenance management; and  

proven project management skills.
