NCI, a leading IT, systems engineering and integration company, seeks  

an experienced candidate to provide ISO 9001 quality management  

guidance, review, analysis and support to improve overall customer  

satisfaction at the Air Force Research Lab, Rome Research Site, in  

Rome, NY.

Requires 6 years IT project management services exp. (Microsoft) and  

support; ISO9001 exp. including quality control, assessment, and  

audits; ability to document IT processes/procedures and recommend  

improvements; Bachelors or equiv. exp./training; knowledge of  

business practices; exp. with quality control/ audits process  

documentation; strong communication/ presentation skills; and a  

Government Security Clearance. Familiarity with CMMI desired. ITIL  

certification a plus.
